If the two countries, the United Kingdom and Indonesia, had different public policies, my data would be different. If there was a public policy banning contraceptives in either country, the natural increase rate would rise in the country which involved the banning. If a public policy was made to shut down all unhealthy food distribution places (restaurants, fast food places) in the United Kingdom, you would see an increase in life expectancy, since the people will eat more healthy.
